Leda
Stott

Leda is an international specialist in multi-stakeholder collaboration. She has worked for over 25 years in the management, training and evaluation of partnership projects and processes for intergovernmental bodies such as the European Commission, United Nations and World Bank, as well as bilateral development agencies in Germany, Spain and the UK, and a wide range of foundations, businesses and non-governmental organisations. Leda has a PhD on the topic of partnership from the University of Edinburgh and has taught on this theme at universities in the UK, Spain, Norway and South Africa. She is a Research Fellow with the Innovation and Technology for Development Centre at the Universidad Politécnica de Madridand an Associate of the Partnership Brokers Association.

Currently working to support the European Community of Practice on Partnership (ECoPP), Leda’s expert activities with the European Commission have included the management of learning exchanges between Development Partnerships for the EQUAL Community Initiative (2003-4); preparation of partnership peer reviews and guidance materials for the Community of Practice on Partnership in the European Social Fund (ESF) (2007-11) and facilitation of the ESF Transnational Platform’s Thematic Network on Partnership (2015-19). Leda has also contributed to a variety of workshops, seminars and conferences on partnership, social and civic dialogue for different EU funds and programmes.
